Inside Needs Kindness is a creative brand rooted in self expression, mental wellness, and the belief that kindness starts within. Through apparel, art, and shared experiences, we create reminders to give yourself grace, embrace your journey, and keep going. Even on the difficult days.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 6-10 business days for order processing. We’re a small independent brand, and each order is prepared with care. Shipping time is additional.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We currently ship within the United States through USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our fulfillment location.
- Orders under $50: $5 delivery
- Orders $50 and above: FREE local delivery
Eligible customers will see this option at checkout. Local delivery is coordinated after order processing.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are generally final. However, we accept size exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with voluntary exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost where applicable.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Not always! Many INK pieces are released in limited quantities. Some designs may return, while others may never be reproduced. We encourage you to grab the pieces that speak to you while they’re available.
How do I know what size to order?
Our shirts are unisex with a relaxed, oversized fit, while our hoodies have a unisex, true-to-size fit. Please review the product descriptions and available sizing information before ordering.
How do I care for my INK apparel?
For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over printed designs.
