Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for supporting Inside Needs Kindness (INK). As a small independent brand producing limited-quantity collections, all sales are generally final.

Size Exchanges

We accept size exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with voluntary size exchanges. If the requested size is unavailable, we cannot guarantee an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Stickers, journals, and other small accessories are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
