Order Processing

Please allow 6-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

During collection launches or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If significant delays occur, we will do our best to communicate updates.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States using USPS.

Available shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are calculated separately from our processing time and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, when tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays may occur after your order has shipped.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate and determine the appropriate next steps.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within our designated delivery area in the DMV.

Availability and applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.

Local delivery orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once prepared, orders will be delivered during our designated delivery windows. Customers will receive updates regarding their order status and delivery.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with any necessary apartment, building, or access instructions.

If your address is outside our local delivery area, standard shipping options may still be available.
